NOTIFICATIONS: the goods travel at the customer’s own risk even if despatched carriage paid. Check the goods at collection and inform immediately the carrier about any possible anomaly, specifying it on the transport document. Otherwise the delivery will be considered as accepted without any reservation.
After eight days from receipt of goods no complaints will be accepted. Refused goods not allowed from our commercial office will be rejected. In case of customized goods, no refusal will be accepted.
PAYMENT: in case of unpaid invoices or delayed payment, delivery of pending orders will be suspended and any previous preferential purchasing conditions will be automatically cancelled.
DISCOUNTS: discounts granted from the commercial office can be modified at any time without notice.
OWNERSHIP: ownership rights of the product pass on to the customer only after payment and delivery. The spoilage risks also pass on to the customer at the moment of receivership.
QUALITY: for technical reasons, different lots of goods may show differences in colour shades and/or sizes, without compromising the quality of our products. Manufacturers and distributors cannot be considered as responsable for this matter.
CLAIMS: for any claims the competence will be of the law-courts in Venice.
PACKING: our standard carton contains 144 pieces, divided in six boxes of 24 pieces each. If your orders are not in accordance with our standard packing we will modify quantities without any notice.
ORDERS: orders with amount lower than € 150,00 + v.a.t. will not be accepted.
SAMPLES ORDERS: the requested samples if inferior to the minimum packing (innerbox) will be charged to the price list.
