To become a client all you have to do is send in the form of presentation via Internet or by fax to our number +39 0421 307355.
Afterwich follow these procedures:

  Master Italia can give to you two possibilities to send us an order:
  
  - via Internet: subject to reserved access with your username and password which enables to make an order and take advantage af all the on-line services at your disposition.
  This service offers lead time of 24 hours.

  The payment will happen through the Secure server of the bank.
  
  Moreover in the Internet areaare available the following on-line services:
      - Download area
        Easy access and download of images of the products, logos, pricelist and other.
      - Promotionals items
        Make on-line orders, tracking, sales items technical details.
      - Classified information
        view and download invoices, advances about new collections.
      - Special offers
        Special offers and discounts.
  
  
  - via fax: If you haven't got at your disposition Internet the alternative is to send the order form via fax to our number +39 0421 307355.
  For payments made by credit cards download the payment form in order to grant the authorization to use of your credit card.
  
  
  
• 2) ORDER CONFIRMATION
  Once you have completed the on-line order, you will receive a confirmation of the order directly via electronic posts and this represents the guarantee that the order has been received correctly and has been introduced into our information system.
  
  
  
• 3) DELIVERY OF THE GOODS
  Once the goods have been shipped you'll receive an e-mail of confirmation with information concerning the shipment (the courier, order registration number etc.).
